I think it's weird that Im 41 years old, have been employed my whole adult life and have never once been drug tested.

And I wonder... Is this because Im a little white woman? Is this part of my white privilege?

It's not usual in the UK but working in the drugs industry, I've had occasional drugs-screening tests.
