If you can... secretly sneak into one or both of their phones, and block their numbers from each other.
Yeah... that's an invasion of privacy but so is what they're doing...
Also, I don't know your situation dynamic is, but you also need to make sure they NEVER EVER hook up (I've seen it happen, just saying).
