Does it seem abnormal for someone to always be sweet and never show anger, jealousy, irritation or other normal human emotions/reactions?

Yes. There are many people, though, capable of remaining at least civil and somewhat reasonable when they are feeling those emotions/reactions. More often than not, anyway.
