Because the media were viscerally and irrationally opposed to Trump, just as they refuse to criticise Biden because he is nice and left-wing. Of course, Trump didn’t help his cause by spouting rubbish which undermined his own policies. Conversely Biden helps his own cause by saying nothing at all unless forced to do so.
I’m not a Trump supporter and no fingers are being pointed .Those ppl escaping are going to try and escape somewhere A lot of them will be running to America . I 100 percent don’t think the American army should have been there in the first place but it was withdrawing it without living behind any other type of plan will screw us all @TryingtoLava
@Pureblossom The “plan” was for the Afghan army and police force that was funded, equipped and trained would protect the country. If all those men running across the airport to escape would grab a gun, turn around snd and fight maybe the outcome would be different.
Makes me laugh when people say this. Like I am curious what media you are watching? I watched clips from CNN, MSNBC, Fox, etc. All are pretty negative about whats going on in Afghanistan, they are pretty clearly "scolding" him over it.
The obvious answer to that is the news sources I usually watch ( and it’s a variety) a lot of the time are scolding politicians including the USA ones are taking a different tone discussing the Tiliban situation . You could have considered that in your comment given that I haven’t said which country I’m watching from @Pherick
