Are bad thoughts just as bad as Actions?

I'm in trouble if they are!

I don't think so. I mean thoughts are one thing and actually acting on those thoughts is another. If you are just thinking about bad things that's ok, sometimes we are not able to control what we thinl about, however you can try hard not to make it a reality.

not as long as they remain thoughts once they are translated into actions they can be a problem.
it's also not a good idea to dwell on such thoughts.
