They had been talking about this even longer than group reorganization.

Yet it's why the group reorganization had to come first.

Note it's not quite available and there are limits which is the important part.

One note the 5 section mute limit.

I'm not against reorganizing the groups but why so many and why so silly? And why be so stringent on where people posts? It just isn't that important nor does it actually serve much useful function.

Like just have a few broad categories and be done with it.

@MethDozer the problem with blocking of groups is rooted in people posting in the wrong groups.

They still do not allow blocking. Just muting. Meaning less posts. So that still leaves the problem of people posting in the wrong groups.

Not naming people, yet even I have noticed religious posts in the wrong areas. Just so they can "convert" those types of "non-believers".

If they did this all at once and introduce this as another site, there just wouldn't be a problem.

Yet they needed income to even start this. So once again...

Weeding out users when number of users is the sole basis of profit making makes no sense.
