When you find yourself in an argument, do you prefer to leave and resolve it later or stay and settle it right away?

I usually leave it. I have been in enough debates with people to know that they never get settled. If there's anything we ever agree on, it's to agree to disagree, making the the whole exchange completely pointless. I rarely ever engage in arguments anymore. They're a waste of time and it's just going to end the same way it began: the two parties not seeing eye-to-eye and with differing viewpoints.
