Okay serious question right

Do people really think that companies give a shit about their employees like at all ? Like if you just work some regular ass job that requires no education or anything like that which means anyone can apply and get it. If you work at a regular factory job like me then you are replaceable and you pretty much mean nothing to a multi million dollar company you're shit to them because what you're doing doesn't require any brains or really anything at all. Anyone without education can apply and get the job as long as you can read and speak English and do basic shit.
