The main reason why I feel hesitant to show my face to others when I am not wearing my glasses. Do you feel the same like me too?

I feel hesitant to show others my face without my glasses simply because I had been called ugly by the bullies in my school days mostly by my no.1 enemy Arjun. Mostly in 8th, 9th and rarely in 10th grade he used to often forcefully make me take off my glasses and then say "you look so ugly", "you look like a pig", "you look like a buffalo" etc. Many times, other boys in my class used to take off my glasses and I used to put my hands on my eyes. They used to think something was wrong with my eyes or I was crying but the truth is that I used to simply hide my face to not get insulted about my looks.

Jesus.
I can't believe people can be such psychopaths. Even when I was in school I had enough sense not to hurt people or to make fun of their appearances.

Honestly I was the same, I got bullied, I didn't even have one female friend, but I grew up and realised life is much more than looks

Sounds like those boys are pure heathens to make fun of someone that way.
