Why is my blood sugar low

4meAndyou · F
If you eat wheat, bread, muffins, even canned soups that have been thickened with modified food starch, you are spiking your glucose levels about three times higher than if you ate pure sugar. Then it drops.

I don't know what you ate for breakfast or lunch or dinner...don't know where you live, but you should have a piece of fruit to get it back up in a normal way, and then eat some protein, like nuts.
