In another life far, far away when I was a wee bit more ummmmm undisciplined, "he" was that one guy in the back seat of the car you were driving who, after being explicitly warned that a police cruiser was just behind you and to not raise their beer and take a drink.....who THEN turns around and looks back unlike the rest of your friends sitting there with an open container between their legs.
