How do you deal with a friend losing her moral compass?

A good friend of 5 years, who I met on EP used to be a thoughtful compassionate Conservative.

I liked her tons then and she made me more critical and rigorous about my own ideas.

Now she blames the sheep who stormed the capitol for 1/6, not Trump and the other shepherds who led them there.

Worse she has lost all interest in facts or fairness and relies on "common sense" or asserting without evidence.

I am not sure if she's lost her mind or lost her soul.

Either way It's just sad

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout If it does show that then I will be the first to admit my mind is the lost one.

Somehow I am not worried.
@REInvNJ you should get more info then what CNN provides.. there’s been senate hearings about this..

trump voters still in custody.. ‘un-indicted co conspirators are free.
There’s more then just 1-2 senators making that link..

The Feds are as dirty as the day is long..
4000 hrs of footage from the capital suppressed.. why? Cause it shows faces of government workers doing dumb shit..

Peace out

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Don't actually watch CNN. Read all sides. The total lack of credible evidence to support the Trump/ Giuliani/Powell/wood narrative goes a long way to shape my thinking.

So too just the large number of credible Republicans refuting the Trump narrative from pence to the Georgia Secretary of State.

And when you guys do try to prove it you come with jokes like the Arizona Senate audit.

You really got nothing.
