Like not that you've seen someone who you thin is looking at you but that cliche "I felt i was being watched!" sort of vibe. Personally i have never experienced this.
If you mean like in a religious sense no. But I have experienced paranoia as a medication side effect. Its a subtly weird feeling. It's like it increases you ability to doubt to the point that your logic is hijacked and "they" COULD be following you.
