Ugh if I wasn’t upset then I wouldn’t have to post here. But here’s Another post! - I just woke up hot and gasping for air.

- I think it’s acid reflux related cuz my tummy is just bubbling up now. The whole moment has put me in an anxious state and I can’t fall back asleep. My thoughts are racing and I keep catching myself talking myself in to believing that all the things I like are bad and I should hate them instead. This makes me even more upset. Life feels more like a burden rather than something I enjoy right now. But I’m also afraid I’m going to die because of thinking so negatively about it. What to do to relax? Also how to sleep w Acid Reflux?

I used to have severe acid reflux wake up every night with it a friend once made a bet with me he said for me to take a shot of apple cider vinegar organic I used brags apple cider vinegar. And I took a 1 oz drink of it each day within 2 weeks I'd get rid of the acid flux. From then on I only had to drink about an ounce once a week for about 2 months now I drink an ounce maybe once every other month. I just keep a bottle of it in my refrigerator and if I feel like I'm going to have acid and I'll take a shot of it.
