For those who live in New York, how much money do you have to save for someone to move there?

@Sunflower2021 Ewww are you kidding me?! Am my best friend wants to live there?! I don’t know what parts she wants to live in but I’m definitely not gonna live there. I understand she wants us to be roommates and it’s a dream but I don’t wanna live there. she said if I won’t moved there, she’s not going. I shouldn’t stop her from living her dream.

@LaylaTheTallGirl I saw a video of one and was in shock. I think any big move you should put some thought into it before taking a drastic step. I know someone who bought a house in Texas and kind of regrets living there.

@Sunflower2021 wow that’s insane. Definitely gonna have to think about it. Move up there and regret it. I feel like I’m gonna disappoint my friend because if I decide if I don’t wanna live there because she said that I’m the only one that she can trust. But she has family that lives up there.

@LaylaTheTallGirl if it doesn't work out for you then you'll be stuck and for her since she has family she has people to fall back on. It's good to have friends that have trust in you but it makes you wonder how trustworthy are they if you decide to live together.

@Sunflower2021 so what you’re saying is if best friends live together or not trustworthy? My dad told me that it’s not a good idea for best friends or friends to live together.

@LaylaTheTallGirl no roommates at all. You really get to know that person good and bad.

@Sunflower2021 OK. My best friend told me if I decide I’m not gonna live in New York that she’s not gonna go. She said best friends do everything and go places together. I may not all the time but living in New York has been her dream but me not wanting to go there or not gonna go shouldn’t stop her.

@LaylaTheTallGirl it may be her dream but has she ever went there. You both should take a trip down there to see how you like it. Including what jobs are available, and housing.

@Sunflower2021 she’s been there before and she really likes it. I’ve never been there so I wouldn’t know. Show the food and everything is a lot better than when we live right now but I should definitely come over there it’s a lot cooler. But I think it is too damn cold!

@LaylaTheTallGirl I always wanted to go there to try the food. My mom was like you'll go to new York for pizza. I was like it will be different lol. I love the cold but because of it being overcrowded I couldn't do it. And the cost.
