In mysterious waves
Light moves freely
Through eyes beautiful
And lips motion ever sweetly

Kind eyes look back
Evermore I dream restless
Endless darknest nights loom ahead
While dreary, restless ghosts follow that which isn't dead

As a brokan man, cling to boyhood romantic notions
And see her visage, striving towards but ever cautious
Previous pain makes strong men weaker
And hearts that have broken feel pain deeper

As a broken man, fear not angels like her
Though still do, for kindness is the greatest pain
Even when looking into eyes that shelter such light
Reinvigorate a fight in broken men

Hearts' still beating gain momentum faster
When beautiful eyes stare back again
And her lovely lengthy hair sweeps ever freely
And lips continue to motion ever sweetly
