Omg,I'm going through the same thing at the minute... but for me it's up at 5. For me I think it is stress but personally can't pin point it...

No your body can only sleep so much. If you get up early, you'll be tired earlier.
It's normal. Your body needs rest. Sleeping at 10 and waking up at 6am is absolutely fine.

If you consider having a healthy sleep for 7-8 hours. it seems perfect.

I'm up at 4.00am EVERY morning, YES, even Christmas day
