Frankly my chest might not be rock hard but my stomach certainly is. My definition is pretty clear in the photos.

If it makes you better pal, I was actually rather fat up until recently. Then I got off drugs and lifted weights instead. Now I'm jacked. You can think I'm fat all you want, I can lift a hell of a lot more than I could a while ago and I've been getting some interesting offers.
I dropped from over 250lbs to just under 230 in less than 6 months.
