I lost my blind horse!

After searching all over the pasture and along the roadsides, I decided to look in the swamp. He has been in there before. I drove my tractor in since I wasn't too fond of snakes and almost got stuck. Thank goodness for a bucket. I used it to walk pull me out of the mire. Hitting more solid ground I went in deeper and soon found him. How the heck did he find that patch of grass? I called him and he followed me back home. Hopefully, after a good feeding and wash, he'll stay put around the barn.

Ok a happy ending, was a bit worried there. Does your swamp have gators?
Coletracer · M
@Longpatrol a few but didn't see any today.
@Coletracer Oh my god.
He can never get to the swamp if he can be food for gators!

You definitely must have him 'stay' :)

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON The gator, "Leroy" stares but moves away when he comes toward him.

@Coletracer if he ever "Jenkins" I hope your horse has the sense to move away.
@Coletracer So the gator is afraid of the horse? Is that what you just said....I just want to be sure, that I got it right :) ?

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON seems that way.
@Coletracer That's how it should be! I feel relieved.

But, how much can we trust the gator, and what if s/he brings back up? ... Now I am not so relieved lol

@LunadelobosIAMTHEDRAGON They have co-existed for the last five years with no incidents but Leroy...(the gator) ... took out three of my ducks as they slept next to the water. I caught it on my security camera. Had no idea a gator could move that fast.
