I like my new working place but something feels odd here

I don't want to be annoy anyone but in professional manner I more like to work with males than females. Males don't care about single little things, they care about work to be done while females involves in gossiping, emotional relationships even in work places. About 80% of staffs in my new working place are females, even the top two company directors among three of them. I am confused about it. I am female but female goes in detail, even me but males cares about work to be done.
