If a person says they don't like to be controlled would that raise suspicion over their mental health?

Example after being told you have borderline personality disorder by someone not educated or qualified to diagnose.
A sociopath by a woman hating power hungry queen.
Why simply because you refused to conform...what does that mean exactly?

If ones's life is always chaotic one would need to reflect on that. But no one can force one to get help if they need it.

@Spoiledbrat define chaotic...
Not busy or unorganized but they don't have good relationships with people spend their money instead of pay the bills and or are promiscuous or have a difficult time following orders. But this could describe a lot of people so it would need to be to the extreme whereas they don't have much control and are impulsive. But I'm not a doctor. @Mellowgirl
