Unfortunately, it's not a surprise. Our tax money funds evil across the world. The US-Saudi genocide in Yemen is subsidized by tax money. Since 2014, over one hundred thousand Yemeni children aged between one and five years old have starved to death because of the American blockade.

That article is about the United Nations attempt to stop the genocide in Yemen. The United States is the one currently committing it. Well, Saudi Arabia with help from the United States, I guess.

Maybe not, but we can stop CAUSING some of them. The situation in Yemen only exists because we're blockading the country and bombing everything. To solve that problem, we could just...y'know, not do that. Are you really gonna tell me you think it's a good idea to spend two trillion dollars a year on a blockade, bombing campaign, and arming a bunch of Muslim terrorists in SA?

@MarmeeMarch Uhhhhhh right now. We've been blockading Yemen for seven years. What rock have you been living under? We were already supporting the Saudi incursion. George H. W. Bush started that shit back in 1990. Then Clinton kept it going, Bush Jr. ramped it up, and in 2014 Obama actually put the USA into active combat in Yemen as opposed to just supporting Saudi.
