Some people in the team want the project to fail just so they can prove a point.

It will be in everyones favor to throw diseases like this out of the team. If you can't play well with the team, move out. Don't be a part of it no matter what your hidden agenda is.

I hate people like that, we had the same here with a system we use, I love it, everyone else is like blah blah, they are so defeatist and don't like to learn, I'm like boom another system on my CV lol
