Some people in the team want the project to fail just so they can prove a point.

It will be in everyones favor to throw diseases like this out of the team. If you can't play well with the team, move out. Don't be a part of it no matter what your hidden agenda is.

Never give up on your persuasive abilities to sell a positive message. However, it may be difficult to win them over to your way of thinking if you refer to them as [i]diseases[/i].

@Tacloh You don't have to win over them, you just remove them. They make their intension very clear. They won't change.
