Some people in the team want the project to fail just so they can prove a point.

It will be in everyones favor to throw diseases like this out of the team. If you can't play well with the team, move out. Don't be a part of it no matter what your hidden agenda is.

I hate people like that, we had the same here with a system we use, I love it, everyone else is like blah blah, they are so defeatist and don't like to learn, I'm like boom another system on my CV lol

Never give up on your persuasive abilities to sell a positive message. However, it may be difficult to win them over to your way of thinking if you refer to them as [i]diseases[/i].
