@Londonn from birth for smell, spleen was surgically removed at age 4 (or 5??? I don't remember)

@Londonn Nope. Everything pretty much 'smells' the same to me. Except for things like ammonia, and I'm not sure I'm actually smelling it, or if it just burns my nostrils

@Londonn I can taste things, and identify different flavors. But I don't know if I get the full effect, or a taste things to a lesser degree than others.
