Yes, your existence means something, no matter what you do or how you feel about it. If you don't do anything you have changed the world by being in it. If you actively try changing things the way you want them to be, there will also be effects of your existence.

So no matter what you do you are changing the world.

If we look at the idea of 6 Degrees of separation, you are also changing the world for a significant number of people. Good Luck!!

@Zeusdelight again no disrespect, just wanted to make that clear

@PhantomStorm Actually, I wrote that hurriedly. It came from a Movie. Six degrees of separation is the idea that all people on average are six, or fewer, social connections away from each other. Also known as the 6 Handshakes rule. As a result, a chain of " a friend of a friend " statements can be made to connect any two people in a maximum of six steps. (wiki)

At one point I was 3 degrees from Obama. I live in Australia.

@Zeusdelight oh ok I appreciate the explanation and apologize again for being so näive
Zeusdelight · 61-69, M
@PhantomStorm No need to apologise. If you haven't heard of a term you haven't heard of it. Now you have learned it.
