A friend of mine is getting phone threats.
He tried calling police and they said call back when the office is open between 8am and 5pm

It's really upsetting but that's how the police departments operate. Unless you're under a physical assault, they take it down as a complaint report. If you're under assault, you're supposed to call 911.
