Legally binding contracts

So if a contract (loans etc) requires that you are at least 18 years old to be legally binding, what if someone is a leap year baby?

18 regular birthdays would only be 4 and a half birthday to a person born in February 29th.

If a leap year person defaults on a loan can their LEGAL age be justification to not have it legally binding.
