Legally binding contracts

So if a contract (loans etc) requires that you are at least 18 years old to be legally binding, what if someone is a leap year baby?

18 regular birthdays would only be 4 and a half birthday to a person born in February 29th.

If a leap year person defaults on a loan can their LEGAL age be justification to not have it legally binding.

Current year minus your birth year is the calculation. It’s not “ legal celebrations”.

I am not a lawyer but I do believe nobody cares about that - they just care if you are 18 or not 18. Only 2 ways to answer that question.
