How long (in minutes) can you hold your pôóp?

when you surpress the need cause you cant go i dont have to go for several hours until the need resurfaces

I have never pooed at work in my life. I don’t even consciously hold it I just don’t

If I’m busy or watching something on tv. I’ll wait till its over. Or if I’m too lazy to get up from bed or the couch.

I don't. I do it when I need to :)
