I've learned a new thing about my mental health today 🙂

I have the Bordline Personality Disorder (BPD) which lead to my Emotional Detachement Disorder (EDD) right before I reach the Suicidal stage of the (BPD) 🤷‍♂️..
Basically, my (EDD) serves as a mechanism of defense 🤷‍♂️ so I don't do something stupid 🙂..

Tbh, I don't recall all of this happening.. Especially the Suicidal thoughts which is something I never see myself doing 🤷‍♂️.. But, that's what the doctors said 🙂.
