Why do kids nowadays are so into black music? Like all of them "rap" and even the girls.

I don't like rap but I wouldn't use the label "black music" because some absolutely amazing music was made by black people like blues and jazz, so many artists it would be impossible to name them all like Jimi Hendrix, Chuck Berry , Miles Davis, Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone and the list is almost infinite but rap, in my perspective, is mostly crap with bad music, bad lyrics and bad values. the clothing style also is quite ridiculous: pants hanging down to the knees and wearing gym clothing with jewelry, it just looks silly.
