If my understanding is correct, you're already underweight.
I can see being brash with someone about weight loss if they are morbidly obese and health issues are looming on the horizon. Calling an emaciated person fat feeds into a warped idea of one's body image and enforces some pretty bad 'beauty' standards.
Maximizing one's health should be the goal, which will not occur if one is on either extreme of the weight spectrum.
