What is your origins ?

On my Dad's side a white guy came on the ships, tried his hand at farming, got an Aboriginal girl pregnant, she died in child birth and he stuck around long enough to name the twins before putting them in an orphanage and disappearing. Since he wasn't a convict or a soldier we assumed he was from a wealthy family. Or so the myth about him goes. That led to a detailed family tree on dad's side.

Mum's side is different. They were convicts through and through and enjoyed the tradition to present day.
