Brexit Effects

No Deal Brexit:-
The latest reckless act by our UK government, sending gun boats to protect our fishermen from French fishing boats.
We have Russian ships entering our waters to spy on us, we should be confronting them but instead we protect our waters from France, a friendly nation.
WTF are we doing??

The sad thing is, in the intervening four years since the referendum, a good proportion of people have seen the error of their ways in voting to leave as well as a substantial number of young voters without that 'colonial' mindset, having had no chance to vote at the time.
So much good to be undone, in my opinion 😔

@Moonpenny You always say the right thing! Yet again you are spot on with your comment, many agree with you (which includes myself)

@Moonpenny You can board the mothership again anytime! 🌷

@Uncfred Lol, thanks but I'm only saying what I'm sure the majority of people think now and probably thought very soon after the result..... albeit just enough to tip it in favour of us remaining.
We've just gone back a century or more 🤷🏼‍♀️

@helenS Thanks! Sooner rather than later. I'd rather be a European than a colonial Brit 🙄

@Moonpenny I don't get these colonial dreams, in the 21st century. It's a mystery. Who do these people think they are? 😐

@Moonpenny I remember the morning after the referendum, the guys I was working with reflected the proportion of the national vote, all builders by profession. I know from their reactions now, they know how wrong they were, how they wish they could turn back time.
Over the next year, even more pro voters will realise their mistake.

@Uncfred I know, a friend of mine who voted out, regretted it immediately. She just took the lead of her parents without thinking of the future opportunities of her own children.
And where's that clown Farage now? Poked the stick it, stirred it up and walked away, probably on some 'fat-cat' salary somewhere, while we're left to pay for his sh*tstirring 😠

@Moonpenny Well, if you mean Laugharge, he has a new job, as does Cameron!!
Moonpenny · F
@Uncfred Yeah, at least they have a job!
Moonpenny · F
@helenS It's a total mystery to me too but it's fact and sadly lives on in many!
