My best friends are traitors!!

I told them that my dad yelled at me yesterday because I wasn’t listening to him about my mom abandoning us and he flat out told that my mom doesn’t want me! I don’t believe it! My mom sent a letter to me saying she wants to see me sometime. It’s been 10 years and I want to see her. My best friends got irritated with me and said that they don’t wanna hear me cry about my lousy mother anymore and every time I ask them for honest advice, I get mad and yell at them because I don’t wanna hear the truth about my mom. They don’t understand that I need my mother. My female best friend scolded, “LAYLA! We are getting sick and tired of you calling us when you have an argument with your dad, sister or anybody! We’ve given you advice so many times but you’re too stubborn to take it! Don’t get mad at us that we don’t take your side on this. Do you really think your mom is really keeping her word? She’s just going to leave you again! STOP TAKING SHIT OUT ON US! Frankly, we don’t like talking to you sometimes because you’re always bringing up the same old shot all the damn time and you think we’re going to take your crap?! WE ARE DONE! IF YOU CALL US ABOUT AN ARGUMENT ABOUT YOUR BITCH OF A MOTHER, we’re going to hang up on you or won’t answer. DONE!!”
I screamed at them and said, “I CANT BELIEVE YOU SAID THAT!! You’re my best friends! You’re supposed to be on my side!!! I can’t believe you, you TRAITORS!!” I HA-“ and she hung up on me. RUDE! I tried to call back but didn’t answer. I called my guy best friend it he didn’t answer either. Some best friends they are!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I'm with your friends...

You ask for advice, then if it's not "you are right" you then tell the person off.

No point in giving you honestly advice if you're just going to write off anyone that doesn't agree with you.

Just being honest, I hope it all works out well for you, but be nicer to friends when they give you honest opinions and advice.

@Viper I can’t believe this! They yelled at me so how can I be nicer if they just yell at me and scold at me? They’re supposed to be on MY SIDE.

You're demanding that people being in you're side is just wrong.

People have their own opinions... based on their feelings.

No one... NO ONE is supposed to blindly back you no matter what...

You're supposed to be able to listen to reason, not just emotions.

@Viper I thought they would be happy about my mom wanted to see me but I was wrong! They said that my dad has a point and I’m so sensitive that I get bitchy when someone tells me the truth or their honest opinion and believes. They don’t think it’s a great idea for me to live with her or whatever.

It's good consider muliple points of view.

Fine. But I need my mom. It isn’t fair that they have their mothers and tell me that I don’t need mine.
Reality sucks and I prefer to be in lala land but my dad and everyone else keeps snapping me out of it.

@LaylaTheTallGirl I believe that you need to give her another chance to find out what she's really like.

But you also need to have an open mind, as she might not be anything like you think... she might be so much better, she might be so much worse, I have absolutely no idea.

But I feel like you won't be able to rest until you find out.

But I fear, good or bad, it's not going to be like your dreams... but.it could still be good, just different.
