Something happens and you wake up tomorrow morning 150 years into the future.

You don't know anyone. You definitly don't have the knowledge to run the technology of the day. The money and credit cards in your pocket are no longer any good. What do you do? How do you eat? Get by?

Find some edible weeds, and maybe set a trap, find water.

@Stereoguy A small bird trap or a deadfall for small rodents, depends on what's around. Rocks and sticks will always be available. If I can find water, then it's worth the time to find or make some string for snares.
Mustard plants will be around as long we are, as well as every other weed that follows us around.
Once I'm fed, I can think about where and when I am. 150 years can do an awful lot to any language, it might take a while to figure things out.
