I would call it "ethnoreligious". It's not solely a religious identity, but it's not solely an ethnic one. It's a combination of the two.

The religion is a religion. To be an Israelite is a "race" which is more like a group of people descending from Israel, or Jacob. This is if I am not mistaken :v
