I fully understand what you feel. I made a whole post about this same thing. People have bought into this Stepping on others to get ahead minimising their consideration for others, I mean you cannot do one without the other you know... Don't change who you are, this year alone has highlighted the perks of being "kind" and the downside of not.

@AmbivalentFriability I dont think pushover and nice are the same thing. I am not a pushover I guess just seen as more down to earth "nice"
