the problem is that suicide is a crime... as in you commit suicide the police has to interfere.
make suicide legal, and then all you have to do is give someone access to a drug and problem solved.
in cases where someone cant kill themself anymore it should be out of the question that it is of course an act of mercy to assist that person.
