There's a tv show full if crazy stories like that 😵 there was an episode where this man shot everyone in his neighbors house because the kids were always too loud playing outside.

look up barebones.tv..my old neighbours 😑 constant loud arguments, constant home DIY projects to the point where i think someone was just hammering one piece of wood by the sounds of it, dog was anxious so it'd constantly bark.
I broke my bedroom window telling them to shut the fuck up cus they pissed me off so much i slammed it.
