Do you live in a van?

I have been hearing a lot lately about people buying vans and converting the interior to living space. Then they travel the country living in the van while working remotely. What are your thoughts on this?

if it was a luxury type Rv ,possibly, but I can't see living in a van.
for some people that might be a necessity if they're very poor, I suppose.
I could never afford a luxury RV though
