A user on here says America would fold without Californias economy. What are your thoughts? Does Californias economy prop up the rest of the country?

I don't think so. Too many important transportation hubs and facilities. First off, you have LAX and SFO airports. And then you have the BNSF and Union Pacific railroads who have major facilities in the state...plus it is a port of entry for goods from the other side of the world.
