When they take somebody off life support and that person dies.

Does that count as killing somebody?
And do those particular workers get an extra pay for that?

Well they turn off the machine and then the person dies on their own so I don't think it's considered killing someone. But I guess if you snuck into someone's room and unplugged their machine they'd charge you with murder.
