No, you can kill yourself if you want to. For the exact same reason, It's your body.

@Pitchblue perhaps if you have a reason to want to die, and it isn't because of a psychological problem or, is a treatable medical problem, then, you should have the right to die.

@Pitchblue if it can be treated, why commit suicide. That is why I said it the way I did. The same with pain, anxiety, etc. We must do better. We need though, to develop an approach to end of life decisions.
