Alright now im just confused even though the test said negative

I took a pregnancy test almost a week ago and it said negative. Idk if I did it too early but I have persisting symptoms. I wake up and go to bed nauseous everyday. I've been eating loads more, I've been using the bathroom more,lower back hurts and sore breasts. All the same crap I've had before with my son.

My period is supposed to come sometime in a few days so I guess I have to wait and see.
