@SW-User 🥃 🥃 Didn’t go to my own, but attended 2 with different young ladies a few years apart.

@DragonFruit My school was super weird, if you brought a date to prom everyone would bully you and call you a cake eater.

@BlueMetalChick There would have been no way I could have afforded it. Plus I was so rebellious at that age I would have hated all the mainstream music . I wasn't too thrilled about dresses really either.

@SW-User 🥂 It was a debacle to say the least. Bad idea. lol

@SW-User We had the dresses and stuff but the music was unusual. Our prom was at the Hard Rock Hotel and they played trap music and had waitresses with glow stick bracelets handing out glasses of Sierra Mist. I was rebellious as fuck but I went just cos I wanted to see my friends and go joyriding afterwards.

@BlueMetalChick I don't blame you. Did you have fun ?

@SW-User I did have fun, yeah. Although it was a one time thing.

@BlueMetalChick I'm a crazy ass and my boyfriend is like Betty Crocker crossed with a log or a rock. Wooo hoo. 😑

@SW-User I sympathize. I'm a bit of a crazy ass too, particularly lately. I had a meltdown about two weeks ago and landed in the psych ward for a weekend.

@SW-User No kidding? I'm intrigued by this. Most people I talk to about this stuff say the opposite and that they're low energy and antisocial and anxious, so they wanna stay locked inside all day or they're so paranoid about being judged by others in public. You being too full of energy and wanting to do a lot of things is unusual.

@BlueMetalChick I'm pretty unusual.

@SW-User I'm a very high energy and chaotic person myself. In my adolescence, I would regularly go for 72+ hours without sleeping. In the summertime I would creep around the city all night, starting fights with strangers, lighting garbage cans on fire, climbing up onto rooftops. I was fixated with running away from time. If I sat still I felt like I was letting precious seconds slip by me. And being idle for any amount of time caused me to lose my grip on reality and I would start having moments of psychotic detachment, so I had to constantly do shit, and it led me to act like an insane person.
