Anger, mostly. I either cry or laugh when I鈥檓 really mad. When I get quiet and smile is the most dangerous, though.

@DarkHeaven I had forgotten that, also. I do that, as well. It comes from being so afraid to express your own anger, (usually due to abusive parents), that you can't speak of it for fear of being hurt physically...you can only cry.

@4meAndyou My parents were great. I just have bad PTSD from the hospital.
