Maybe they are positive and loving people who want to see others get better. There are 3 type of people. Those who are loving and want you to succeed. The haters and the pessimists, who will bring you down no matter what. And then there are a lot who don’t care either way. The first category of people are the ones you have mentioned.

Things are going good for them. No one will understand your reality except you and those who really care for you. Rest will just pass suggestions as it's free.... doesn't do anything good for real.
